Is there a setup fee or minimum fee per month?

There is no setup or onboarding fee! We have a subscription fee of $20/month.
This fee ensures that as a logistics provider we can cover software costs and maintain our excellent services.    

Are there any storage costs?

Your product is palletized and charged a storage fee after 30 days.                                                                           

Is my inventory secure?

Reputable 3PL providers prioritize the security of your inventory.
They implement robust security measures, such as surveillance systems, access controls, and inventory tracking
technologies. We take all measures to ensure the safety and integrity of your goods while in our custody.

Do you accept FTL or LTL shipments?

Yes, we accept palletized or floor loaded containers.                                                                                                      

Do you create amazon shipments for me?

Yes! We handle the whole process from receiving to outbound.
If you prefer to make your own shipping plans that is up to you!.                                                                                     

Will I have a dedicated Account Manager when using Singh Logistics?

Effective communication and collaboration are crucial when working with a 3PL.
We typically provide a dedicated account manager or a customer service team to
handle your inquiries and ensure smooth coordination. Additionally, we incorporate
web-based portals for real-time tracking, reporting, and communication.                                                                        

How long will it take to ship out my products?

We have a 72 hour turn-around time on all shipments.
